Plans and Pricing

We offer low-cost, low-volume plans for small churches, and larger plans for those with more website traffic.

The cost is a function of how much data you use: download rate + catalog size.

  • Your download rate is how many people listen per week.
  • Your catalog size is the total stored size of all your sermons. As a rule of thumb, one 50-minute sermon takes 50 MB of space. If you upload one sermon per week, you will need about 2.5 GB per year.

Choosing a Plan

Start with the smallest plan that could work for you; it is easy to upgrade to a larger plan later if you need.

Storage Limit

Every sermon you upload contributes to your storage limit.

For example, if your sermon recordings are 50 MB each and you upload one per week, then you will need 2.6 GB per year. That means you could use the Decade Plan for the first decade, and upgrade to the Vicennium Plan for the subsequent decade.

Listens per Week (download rate)

Each time someone listens to a sermon, that contributes to the weekly listen limit.

Unused listens roll over to following weeks, so for the small plan if you have 30 people listen in week one, you could have 70 people listen the following week and still be within the plan.

"One listen" means streaming or downloading 50 MB worth of audio — approximately one sermon — so if someone only listens to the first few minutes of a sermon, that will only register as a fraction of a "sermon listen".

Need more?

The Sermon Link has no upper limit on storage size or download rate. If the Octogenarian plan is too small for you, please contact us and we can provide a custom plan to suit your needs.

However, if you are aiming to reach a very large audience, you may be better suited with a service that does not price per listen — for example, a podcast distribution tool. There are also some other sermon database service providers that offer unlimited data and listens for a higher monthly cost.

Fine Print

Pricing is subject to change. Existing members will be given six month's notice before new pricing comes into effect.

The price is impacted by factors like the market price of data storage and transmission.
